To enhance customer experience and improve work efficiency, the new e-commerce platform of SITC Shipping will be launched on December 2, 2024.
1. All public query functions
a. No login required function: shipping schedule, vessel movement, cargo tracking, etc.
b. Registration and login required (email activation, but no authentication required): VGM declare, etc.
2. Online Booking (registration and authentication login required): Booking customers in Shenzhen, Qingdao, Nansha and Yangpu will use it first. Others continue to use the functions of old platform and the specific launch time will be notified separately.
3. Inbound Delivery Order Appoint (registration and authentication required): Inbound Delivery Order Appoint customers in Shenzhen and Qingdao will use it first. Others continue to use the functions of old platform and the specific launch time will be notified separately.
Note:
1. The regular customers of Online Booking and Inbound Delivery Order Appoint can log in with your original account on new platform. The first login will prompt you to reset your password. As new customer, please register and apply for authentication approval first on new platform.
2. Regarding the old platform, all public query functions will gradually cease to be used after two weeks of launch.
